The carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were not tested for the previous month and the fire extinguishers were not checked for the previous month. A fire drill was conducted during the inspection, the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and the fire extinguishers were checked, bringing the facility into compliance.
