Three caregivers were missing training in several of the required content topics.

One caregiver was missing proof of education and three were missing pre-employment affidavits.

The parent handbook was missing information on parent's rights and a statement that the operation is a gang-free zone.

During the inspection infants/toddlers were observed eating lunch at a table without utilizing the manufacturer safety straps. This was corrected by the infants/toddlers being removed from the table.

Observed a caregiver responsible for children in care without a cleared background check. This was corrected during the inspection by the caregiver leaving the operation and the director submitting the background check.
