During the inspection an infant was observed sleeping in a crib while they were swaddled.

This standard was found to be out of compliance through an investigation when it was determined that a caregiver was using corporal punishment.

During the inspection a caregiver did not wash their hands after diapering a child.

During the inspection a child was observed not having their hands washed after being diapered.

During review 5 of 10 children's records were missing the Health Statement.

The Operational Policies were reviewed during the insepction and found to be missing the required physical activities information, as well as the hours, days and months of operation, and the parents rights information.

During the inspection the young toddler room was observed to have Paw Patrol on while children under 2 years old were present. This was corrected at inspection when the assistant director pulled the TV out of the room.

After review 2 children's records did not have their emergency contacts filled out properly, 2 records did not have the full information for a doctor or emergency facility completed, 2 records did not have immunizations completed/on record, 1 record had not been updated since 2018, and 1 record did not have the parent's full address or the emergency contacts full address.

During the inspection 7 out of 7 records checked were missing Emergency Prep. training. Multiple other trainings were also missing from various files.

Your operation failed to complete the employees who left survey for 2022 in the required timeframe.

During the inspection I observed the television on in the school age room. The movie being watched did not meet any educational goals.

While checking personnel records it was found that 3 caregivers had out of date CPR/First-aid cards.

During the inspection I observed children sitting in a toddler bucket seat table without straps/straps buckled in.
