Nicole Klingelhefer
Nicole Klingelhefer holds a Listed listing issued June 28, 2022. It is a listed family home, which the state does not routinely inspect. The records below are republished verbatim from the Texas HHSC database.
The agency states: "CCR only conducts inspections at listed family homes as part of an investigation." A limited inspection record here reflects that policy, not a clean or unclean history.

The primary caregiver did not use good judgement when she allowed the children to be cared for in a home that was not permitted, and the person did not have a background check.
It was determined the primary caregiver allowed children in care to be cared for by another person who did not have a background check submitted.
The operation did not have proper sanitation and maintenance.
Throughout the course of the investigation, inspectors have observed at least four unrelated children in care.
Throughout the duration of the investigation which began in October 2021, the provider has failed to cooperate with Child Care Regulation Unregulated Operations Inspectors at 16 attempted investigation inspections. Due to the providers lack of cooperation during the investigation, an Access Order was obtained on March 24, 2022, requiring the provider allow inspectors to inspect the home and review records. Multiple inspections were attempted on six different days, since the access order was issued, with law enforcement support, and the provider is still failing to cooperate with inspectors and continues to deny access to inspectors with confirmed children in care.
