Caregiver used poor judgement when placing a child on hot turf without checking to determine if it was too hot. There was a lack in good judgment when the operation failed to update an infant's parents that the infants' injuries had worsen.

A child was left unattended in a classroom.

One child did not have updated feeding instructions.

One caregiver did not know how many children she was responsible for during inspection. This was corrected at inspection when the correct number of kids present was brought to the caregiver's attention so she was aware how many she was responsible for.

One caregiver did not know the ages of the children she had in care or where to locate the information. This was corrected at inspection when another caregiver was able to show the caregiver where to access the information for the children's ages.

A caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when she brought a vape pen into the operation and then into the classroom where children were present.

A caregiver brought a vape pen into a classroom which allowed it to be accessible to children in care. A child was then able to access the vape pen putting it into his mouth.

A parent was not provided an incident report for an incident that occurred at the operation with their child.

One caregiver had CPR training through an online training program.

During the inspection it was found that the employee that transport children did not have up to date annual transportation training.

During the inspection it was found an incident report was not completed.

During the investigation it was found that a child was left in a classroom. Corrected at inspection when observed the operation utilizing the system they currently have in place for doing name to face checks, and counting when transitioning from outdoor play to the classroom.

The standard was evaluated during the investigation and found out of compliance. A child was left unsupervised in a classroom. The standard was marked into compliance at the time of the inspection. All children were being supervised appropriately.
