The home daycare doesn't have current documentation of annual children's products certification.

Current documentation that Consumer Product Safety Commission regarding unsafe children's products has been reviewed is still needed.

The primary caregiver has only completed seventeen of the required thirty hours of annual training. The following sections and subjects are still needed: 1309(b) - 3 hours of annual training is needed in this section. 1309(d) Preventing and responding to emergencies due to allergic reaction, understanding building and physical premises safety. and remaining in 1309(f).

One child in care still needs address for emergency contact or parents need to list that they will only be listed as the emergency contact.

Promotion of physical activities still need to be added to include the following: (A)The duration of physical activity at your home, both indoor and outdoor (B)The recommended clothing and footwear that will allow a child to participate freely and safely in physical activities (C) A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor time. Additions are needed to the Emergency Preparedness Plan to include the following: 1. How children will be evacuated or relocated to the designated safe area or alternate shelter, including specific procedures for evacuating or relocating children who are under 24 months of age, who have limited mobility, or who otherwise may need assistance in an emergency, such as children who have mental, visual, or hearing impairments 2. The caregivers' responsibility in a sheltering/lock-down emergency for the orderly movement of children to a designated location in your home where children should gather. 3. How children in attendance at the time of the emergency will be accounted for at the designated safe area or alternate shelter. 4. Communication, including: (A)The emergency telephone number that is on file with us (B)How you will communicate with local authorities (such as fire, law enforcement, emergency medical services, health department), parents, and us; 5. How you will evacuate and relocate with the essential documentation including: (A)Parent and emergency contact telephone numbers for each child in care; (B)Authorization for emergency care for each child in care and (C)The attendance record information for children in care at the time of the emergency 6. How you will continue to care for the children until each child has been released. 7. How you will reunify the children with their parents as the evacuation, relocation, or sheltering/lock-down is lifted.
