One of the outdoor play areas licensed for school aged children was observed to have a wire rope attached between 2 poles causing a possible strangulation hazard. This was corrected at the inspection when the wire rope was removed and thrown away. A toilet used by school age children was observed to be out of order and covered with a trash bag. The trash bag contained feces on the outside. This was corrected at inspection when the soiled trash bag was removed and new one was placed over the out of order toilet. Tape was also placed across the stall entray way preventing entrance into the stall. A trash bag of dirty diapers was observed on the 2 year old playground. The trash bag was torn exposing dirty diapers. This was corrected at inspection when the trash bag was removed from the playground.
