This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and determined to be deficient. Based on interviews, it was determined that a child was left unattended in a bathroom. Since the incident, the operation has updated their procedures for bathroom times.

This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and determined to be deficient. A caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when she sat directly on a concrete sidewalk with an infant. The infant fell out of the caregiver's lap, injuring his forehead and nose.
