Two children were not on their assigned nap mat during naptime.

The caregiver in the twaddler room reported to the CCR inspector that there were nine children in her care but there was actually 10 children in her group.

In a classroom there was an infant that was 13 months old with a two year old that was 34 months old.

During the inspection, screen time (iPad) was observed being used in a classroom with children under the age of two. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver turned the iPad around.

An employee with a pending background check was in direct care of children. This was corrected at inspection when the employee left the building.

Medications were administered without the recording of the name of the employee who administered the medication on three occasions.
