Two staff files did not have the required clock hours available for review.

The operation did not have a current annual fire inspection.

A 4 year old child was combined in the infant room with the youngest infant being 16 months old exceeding the 18 month gap. Corrected at inspection when the child was moved back to their classroom.

Three classrooms had the lights off during naptime making the rooms dark and difficult to see where the children were laying at.

There was a child in care before the listed operating times.

During the walk through inspection, several classrooms were observed having the cleaning solution bottles at hands reach of children.

During the walk-through inspection, a projector with it's power cords was on top of a shelf that was accessible to children. The cords were dangling across toys that were on the shelf.

One caregiver in the toddler classroom was observed working in the classrooms supervising children without receiving a letter of eligibility. One caregiver in the Pre-school classroom was observed working in the classrooms supervising children without receiving a letter of eligibility. NOTE: This was corrected when the caregivers left the facility.

Caregiver was observed caring for children without an eligible background check.

A lit candle was observed on a shelf in the 3-4 year old classroom. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the candle was put out.

The infant room had 5 children in care with a specified age group of 0-12 months.

Based on the evidence gathered, there is evidence to state that an operation staff spanked children while in care when they misbehaved.

Based on the evidence gathered through the investigation conducted, it can be determined that the operation was not in compliance with the minimum standards.

Based on the evidence gathered it can be stated that an operation staff did not use positive statements when comforting children.

Two classrooms were observed with children's meals served on the bare table. This was corrected at inspection when their food was placed on napkins.

During inspection a child was observed repeatedly being turned onto their tummy and not allowed to stand up off of the cot. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver then allowed the child to get up out of the cot.

One of four employee files did not have verification that they meet age/education qualification.

Two of four childrens files did not have updated immunization records. Two of four childrens files did not have signed physicians healthcare statements.

A childcare was observed to have no lighting and doors closed for naptime.

The fire inspection has not been conducted at operation.

The health inspection has not been conducted at operation.
