During inspection, a caregiver was heard telling her biological child who is also enrolled in care that she would spank him if he didn't behave.

Cleaning solutions were observed stored under a sink in the young toddlers room without a child safety lock. This was corrected when the caregiver removed all cleaning solutions and other toxic chemicals from under the sink.

A caregiver was observed transporting school age children for a field trip without current training in transportation safety. This was corrected when the caregiver completed transportation safety training prior to transporting the children back to the operation.

A caregiver who has been employed over 90 days does not have current CPR training.

Based on evidence gathered, the operation did not report a child injury requiring medical treatment to Child Care Regulation within the required timeframe.

The emergency evacuation and relocation diagram were not observed posted in three classrooms during inspection.

Three loose-cap bottles of clorox bleach were accessible to children in their restroom. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the bottles from the children's restroom.
