An approximately 12 inch metal rod was found on the splash pad while children were playing. Note, this was corrected at inspection when the rod was removed from the area. There was a light pole base with exposed metal rods and screws near the sidewalk of the splash pad. There was an orange cone tilted up and not covering the area. Children were playing on the splash pad.
