Three food allergy plans reveiwed did not have the steps to take if the child has an allergic reaction included.

There are multiple holes that can cause children to trip on the playground, there is not adequate loose fill around the slides and swings on the playgrounds and there is a broken board on top of one of the sand boxes.

The most recent gas leak test was not available for review.

Diaper changing practices was observed at inspection and in two infant classrooms, the infants did not have their hands washed after they had their diapers changed.

The playgrounds have various debri of broken toys, including a broken laundry basket. The older kids playground has a protruding nail sticking up about an inch from the garden barrier.

There are various areas of the playground that does not have sufficient loose fill, including at the exit of the slides. Additionally, the anchoring devices of the playground equipment are not covered fully by loose fill.

The floor and rug in one of the classroom's where children were present was visibly dirty.

Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, a child was left in a classroom alone for at least 15 minutes. The caregiver responsible for this child did not have visual or auditory awareness of the child which prevented them from having the ability to intervene if a situation had arisen and intervening was necessary to protect the health and safety of the child.

Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, a child?s guardian was not provided with an incident form when their child was involved in a situation that placed the child at risk.

The operation failed to notify Child Care Regulation within the required two-day time frame of a situation that placed a child at risk.

One of the vans that the operation uses to transport children is not equipeed with the safety alarm that is required.

There are multiple holes in the playground areas that pose a trip risk to children in care.

There is not adequate loose fill under two of the slides located at the operation. The bare ground can be seen at the end of the slides and is compact.

The CPSC form that is posted is from January of 2022. This was corrected at inspection when the operation completed a new form.
