A bucket of different containers of chemicals was observed in the walk way from the home to the playground that is accessible to children. Coins were observed on a side table in the living room as well as a near empty can of chewing tobacco. The coins and chewing tobacco were removed from the table during inspection and put out of the reach of children.

There was metal with sharp edges on the playground and picnic table with broken plastic on the table that poses as a pinching hazard.
