In the hallway, there is a metal plate on one of the door that is only partially secured and is lose and causes a hole. The fish tank in the living room used by children has accumulated dirty and grime from the lid of the fish tank and down the side where children can touch it. Also, a tv tray in the living room has a medication weekly planner in reach of children.

Various chemical supplies are stored under the kitchen sink and the cabinet is not secured preventing the children access to the cleaning supplies. Flea spray was also in the hallway leading to the outdoor space and considered in reach.
