Caregivers with hire dates 02/14/2017, 05/16/2019, 10/28/2018, 10/25/2017 and 05/23/2017 did not have the following annual trainings: Emergency preparedness; Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, including immunizations; Administering medication if applicable, including compliance with ?746.3803 of this chapter; Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction; Understanding building and physical premises safety, including identification and protection from hazards that can cause bodily injury such as electrical hazards, bodies of water, and vehicular traffic; and Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials including compliance with ?744.2523 of this chapter.
