Based on review of video, and interviews of children and staff, it was determined a caregiver left a child unsupervised in a classroom. The child left the building where their classroom was located. The child was found by another caregiver on the concrete path between the two buildings of the operation. The child was unsupervised for 6 minutes and 59 seconds.
