3 children younger than 24 months were observed engaging in screen time activities. The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver turned off the screen and transtion the children to floor time activities.

There was one wooden slat missing on the backyard fence and a piece of a wooden slat that was missing at the bottom of the fence on another part of the backyard fence.
