In classrooms toddler and prek, there was a cot that blocked the door in each classroom. This was corrected at the inspection when each respective caregiver moved the cot.

The parent handbook provided at the time of inspection did not include: how and when parents will be notified of changes to the policies; Some topics related to the policies on activities which may include the following: The duration of physical activity at your operation, both indoor and outdoor; The type of physical activity (structured and unstructured) that children may engage in at your operation; Each setting in which your physical activity program will take place; The recommended clothing and footwear that will allow a child to participate freely and safely in physical activities; and A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor play.
