There was a crib in infant 3 classroom that was blocking the door. This was corrected at inspection when the crib was moved away from the door.

Infant 3 had 6 infants in care with 1 caregiver. The specified age group (SAG) was 14 months. Toddler 1 had 14 children in care with 2 caregivers. The SAG was 17 months. Both classrooms had 1 child over the child/caregiver ratio.

The operational policies state the parents must obtain management approval to enter the classrooms.

The parent's name was on the admission form. The parent was not provided access to the child's records when requested. It was provided after further documentation was received by the operation.

A caregiver in care of a group of children on the playground was seen using personal cell phone.

The thermometers in van 1 and 3 were not working properly. This was corrected at the inspection when the director replaced them.

One caregiver in the Schooler A classroom had 27 children in care with SAG of 4 years old. The child/caregiver ratio for 1 caregiver is 18 with SAG of 4 year of age. The classroom was out of ratio by 9 children. A management assistant entered the classsroom to assist the caregiver.

The caregiver assigned to a group of children playing outdoors did not intervene appropriately.

It was determined that children in care had access to personal electronic devices which were not used for school work/homework.
