This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. It was discovered during the investigation that several staff were not using positive methods of discipline and guidance when staff were raising their voice at children when they got up from the table at lunch time.

During a review files two of eight children's files were lacking a complete address for their emergency contact person. This was corrected at inspection when the opertion obtained the complete addresses for both children.

During the inspection it was observed that the operation did not have their Permit Renewal Letter posted. This was corrected at inspection when it was printed and posted.

This standard was investigated as part of an investigation and found to be in non-compliance. It was discovered that a child was left unsupervised in the restroom for approximately one minute and was discovered by another staff who was walking down the hallway at the time. The staff responsible for the child was not aware that they were still in the restroom when they transitioned back to the classroom down the hallway.
