CCR arrived at the operation and observed a caregiver in the hallway, who also allowed us access in the building. As CCR begin the monitoring walk through, the same caregiver was watching a class alone. When CCR asked the caregiver who was watching the children while they opened the door, the caregiver advised CCR that another caregiver was watching the children. CCR was able to confirm with the director that the caregiver who was suppose to be watching the children at that time was not present and did not report to work until 2pm.
