Observed one caregiver that did not have their education translated to english.

CCR observed a child's prescription medicine to be stored in the same refrigerator that the operations food was stored in. NOTE: Corrected at inspection, removed from the food refrigerator and store properly in another refrigerator

The director a did not have training in SIDS, Shaken Baby, and early brain development

One caregiver hired in 2025 did not have a pre-employment affidavit on file for review

One child was observed to be placed in front a door blocking the entrance to the classroom. NOTE: Corrected at inspection, the child was moved and placed away from the door

Both infant caregiver were observed to be missing training in SIDS and Shaken baby syndrome. One caregiver was missing training in early brain development.

One caregiver present that was counted in the child caregiver ratio has a pending background check status.

Two classrooms with children under the age of 5 did not have electrical covers over all outlets. NOTE: This was corrected during the inspection with covers placed over electrical outlets.
