Infants were watching an educational program on a tablet. Children under the age of 2 are not allowed to have screen time.

The center does not have a current fire inspection. The date of the last fire inspection is 11/5/2021.

Daily report sheets are not being comlpeted and shared with parents for three infants. Daily report sheets must be completed for all infants. An infant is defined as a child age 0-17 months old.

Written feeding instructions are not on file for the infants in care. Feeding instructions must be completed by the parent upon enrollment and updated every 30 days.

Some of the infants' bottles are only labeled with the child's first name. All bottles and cups must be labeled with the child's first name and initial of the last name.
