It was found that another neighbor was present during the inspection and around the children in care who did not have a background check. Additionally, a background check for the caregiver's daughter who may assist on occasion was not initiated.
Upon arrival, it was found that a total of 5 unrelated children were in care from ages 2 to 13 years old exceeding the number of unrelated children allowed to be in care.
It was found that on occasion and rare moments, the caregiver's daughter and neighbor may sit and watch the kids in care when needed.
