During the inspection an infant who was not on table food did not have updated feeding instruction in the past 30 days.

During the insepction it was found that they were not exiting in the required 3 minutes.

Upon arrival to the operation the director's child, who was in care, was seen outside the building without caregiver supervision.

During review the two staff members that required a full year of training were missing the required 24 hours.

During the inspection a caregiver with a pending background check was observed present at the operation caring for children.

During the inspection the infant room was observed to have five infants aged 0-12 months with only 1 caregiver. A caregiver was pulled from the 2's room making them out of ratio with 1 caregiver over 12 children.

During the inspection documentation for a monthly smoke detector test was not available for 2023.

During the investigation it was found that the centers van had been involved in a minor accident while children were on board.

This Minimum Standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance. The operation was offering transportation services in October of 2022; however, they did not officially offer transportation until 2023.

During the inspection the back classroom was observed to have no caregiver present while the children slept. Both doors to the room were also closed preventing others from seeing inside.

During the inspection I observed the infant room caregiver washing the infants bottles in their handwashing sink.

Children under two years of age were observed watching television during inspection. Plan activities for this age group to ensure they are not able to view the screen. Screen time can only be used for one hour total per day.

Four records were reviewed and one is missing the medical authorization signature and special health needs section of the form.

Three play yards were observed with very loose fitting sheets.

During inspection, the infants were left unsupervised visually when the teacher stepped out of the room..

During inspection an infants hands were not washed after diapering.
