The most recent vaccination records was not available for 2 of the three dogs in the home.

The bathroom has multiple items that state to "keep out of reach of children" on the counter, the drawers and under the sink cabinet. The cabinet and drawers do not have any safety mechanisms to limit access. In the living room, hand sanitizer and a pair of scissors on a side table and accessible to children. In the kitchen, there is additionally hand sanitizer in reach, benadryl cream and the first aid kit accessible.

The most current CPR and First Aid certification expired in March 2026.

The are no documented severe weather or lock down drills for 2025. There are no documented fire drills monthly for 2025 or 2026 either. Monthly documentation for fire extinguishers being inspected was not documented for 2025 or 2026. Monthly documentation of smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector being inspected monthly was not documented for 2025 or 2026.

The permit holder lacked 5 hours of child development training and 6 hours of management training. Additionally of these hours, there is a need of 6 hours of instructor led training related to the missing training topics.

One child in care is lacking an admission record that has been enrolled for the last year. Three children records are lacking a health statement. Two children record was lacking immunization records.

The permit holder is lacking transportation training being conducted in the last 12 months.

The permit holder is lacking current first aid training. The most recent first aid was completed 11/14/2023 and was valid for 12 months.

The most recent children's product certification form was not completed in the last 12 months. This was corrected at inspection with being completed by the permit holder.

One room that is used by children in care is lacking a smoke detector.

In the living room, cleaning supplies was stored on the table next to the couch in reach of children. In the kitchen, there is a basket of medication that is accessible to children in care. In the laundry room, laundry detergent is also accessible to children in care. It was corrected at inspection with all cleaning supplies, medication, and detergent stored out of reach. Additionally the door to the storage building in the back yard is lacking a board with exposed screws.

The fire extinguisher requires being mounted.

Child care subject to a Registered permit is being provided to unrelated children in the caregiver's home that meets the definition of regular childcare.
