The condition regarding personnel records: For employees and household-members, prior to the start of the corrective action probation the provider must check the personnel records and document it on the Personnel Record Evaluation checklist provided by Child Care Regulation or a form that contains the same information. This must be completed within 14 days of the start of the corrective action probation start date was not completed. There are no new house hold members or employees and therefore, this was not completed within 14 days of the corrective action starting for the three house-hold members that are over 14 years of age. **The operation corrected this at inspection when she reviewed the files for the three house hold members and completed the checklist. This is in compliance.
