The operation did not have a health inspection on file. The last documented inspection was from May 2023.

The following sharp objects were observed in classroom(s) and accessible to children in care: adult-sized scissors, tape dispenser, scraping utensil, pliers. In a one classroom, a bottle of Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and bottle of Lysol spray was observed in the children's restroom accessible to children in care. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection when staff removed all items and placed items out of reach of children.

The annual fire inspection was expired upon inspection.

The annual sanitation inspection was expired and not up to date.

Bleach and cleaning material was accessible to children. All cleaning products were removed from the area accessible to children.
