During a review of the records, it was observed no server weather or lock down drill has been conducted this year nor a fire drill since April of 2025.

During a walk through of the building, it was observed in a infant classroom a bean bag that the children use to lay down on as a calming corner. This was brought to the caregivers attention and removed from the classroom. This was corrected at inspection.
