An infant was sleeping alone in the crib area of the infant classroom. The caregivers and other children in care where in the receiving area.

The fingerprint results have not been received for one caregiver present at the daycare. The employee had her fingerprint appointment on 07/09/20226. She left the center during the inspection.

A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2025 date from January 20, 2026, determined the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2025 by January 15, 2026, as required.

No list of children being transported was available for review during the inspection. Transportation to and from school began on 08/11/2025.

No fire drill was documented for July 2025. The most recent fire drill documented was done on 06/09/2025.

A propane gas torch was observed underneath the passanger side of the transportation vehicle within the children's reach. It was removed during the inspection.

A board from the playground's fence is broken. The A/C in several of the classrooms is not working properly. The rooms are not being used.

There is an ant hill outside of the licensed space area. The ants from the hill are entering the playground. A door in the toddler room changing table is off its hinge. The carpet in the pre-k classroom needs to be swept and washed.

Observed caregiver supervising 16 children. Youngest in the group was 11 months old and oldest 4 years old. There was an 18 month difference between the youngest to the oldest in the group.

First aid kit in transportation vehicle was incomplete. Missing thermometer, tweezers, cotton balls, bandaids, and antiseptic.

Observed caregiver using their cell phone during circle time with the children. Ages of the children were between 10 months to 23 months old.

Written lesson plan for all age groups were not available for review.

Transportation training has not been updated.

Observed a 32 television in the after school classroom not anchored or secured at the time of inspection.

Observed two cargivers supervising a group of children during naptime; however, there was no additional employee or caregiver present in the building at the time of inspection.
