A classroom was observed to be out of ratio when a group of children with a specified age group of 0-11 months old was observed to have 11 children with two caregivers. The maximum group size for two or more caregivers for this specified age group is two caregivers to 10 children. Note: There was a child that kept running to that classroom from the other classroom beside it, making the 0-11 month old classroom out of ratio. The child was taken back to their original classroom making the 0-11 month old classroom back in ratio.
