There was dust buildup on the vents cover. The sinks in the bathroom had low water pressure. Some of the play equipment was missing pieces such as: 3 tricycles were missing foot pedals. There were spider webs, and bird droppings in the play equipment used by children in care. Dirty build up on food preparation equipment and in the refrigerator.
