Based on the evidence obtained during the investigation, an incident occurred where children were repeatedly climbing on shelves during nap time in the classroom and the caregiver failed to intervene. The caregiver sat on the ground instead of removing the children from the shelves to ensure their safety. The caregiver doesn?t attempt to redirect the children until after a child falls off the shelf and lands onto another child laying on their nap mat resulting in the other child crying.
